Where We’re From and Where We’re Going
Britannia began as Arrows International Ltd in 1986, a family business, renovating individual properties for sale. Following 9 years of expansion, Goldbound Developments was established in 1995 to deal with the larger projects the company was beginning to take on.
Amongst the notable achievements are; the opening of the first major development in 1995 at 100 Wilmslow Road, Rusholme, in the heart of the curry mile. Following in 1998, the Lord Mayor officailly opened Burton House on Burton Road, West Didsbury. More recently the completion in 2004 of the apartment complex and new company offices, Withington House, in Withington Village.
Britannia Builders Ltd was formed in 2006 to carry out building and refurbishment on the ongoing projects, and all the companies were grouped together under the name ‘Britannia Property Group.’ In 2007 Britannia Builders Ltd successfully completed the £4M Withington Point project.
We now have a team who are passionate, creative, and embrace new ideas and challenges, as well as being trustworthy and committed to fulfilling all our obligations on time.
We are financially sound and have established relationships with various banks who trust in our judgement and experience. We also have longstanding relationships with various other companies, including SW Foulkes Architects, a dynamic team of architects in Manchester, who we work with to produce well thought out and forward looking projects.
We aim for our developments to be modern and stylish, while taking into consideration the needs of the people who live not only in, but also around our properties. With previous successes and current plans taken into consideration, the future holds many exciting opportunities for Britannia Property Group.
